PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT SEMINOR@ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE FOR WOMEN,KAKINADA.

The Principal of Aditya Degree College For Women,Kakinada  Smt.K.Karuna said that  Four days orientation programme  conducted  in Aditya  Degree College For Women. Dr.Jagannadha Rao, famous Parapsychology trainer conducted orientation session for the students. The session was arranged for all  the Second Year Students in Aditya Degree College For Women.

Acadamic Co-ordinator of Aditya Degree & PG colleges, Sri.B.E.V.L.Naidu said that  It is extremely important for many factors, including helping to diagnose various diseases  and helping with understanding a person’s behavior and more about them. Many doctors have been able to use the research from psychological studies to develop drugs and medicines to help with alleviating certain illnesses.

The secretory of Aditya Educational Institutions Sri.N.Krishna Deepak Reddy said that  subject allows students to understand more about how the body and mind work. It can help with decision making and avoiding stressful situations. It can help with managing times, set and achieve goals and become more effective with the way that a person lives. It also helps many tackle their mental illnesses and live life.

Psychology Trainer Dr.Jagannadha Rao said that psychology classes are often very interesting and are a great way to learn more about yourself and those around you. Attending the  psychology classes also gives you the chance to participate in  group discussions. Many students find that taking an active role in discussions is a great way to learn more effectively and to retain more information.He also opined that psychology classes developing the capacities and potential of the individual so as to prepare that individual to be successful in a specific society or culture. With the help of psychology  students know the values, beliefs, knowledge, and symbolic expressions to make communication possible within society. In this sense, education is serving a social and cultural function.finally he said that success comes from passion+main duty(working/studying everyday)+fixed goal+focused hard work+visualization.

The programme was attended by all the second year students of Aditya Degree College For Women, the faculty members of Aditya Degree College and NSS programme officers Kum.P.Lakshmi Bhuvana.
