AURA 2015 the commerce students meet of Aditya Degree Colleges was organized at G Convention of Kakinada.
The Chief guest of the function, the Registrar of Adikavi Nannaya University, Prof. E.N. Dhanunjaya Rao gave details about the present market opportunities for the Commerce student and opined that this is high time that the students aim high for getting good jobs. He also appreciated that Aditya Degree Colleges have been very special to him and the way they got flourished in the marked he has been observing them and appreciating their efforts. He said that according to one British survey India is going to be the Economic Power of the World by 2030. He also opined that Aditya Educational Institutions have got all the abilities to become a deemed university. He finally said that by the time India becomes the Economic power of the world, Aditya Educational Institutions should become a hub of Education.
The president of the function Shri NK Deepak Reddy on this eve, said that the alumni members of Aditya Degree Colleges settled in large in Education, industrial and research sector and said that students like something and put their efforts, it will become easy for them to touch the success. He appreciated the efforts of Commerce department of Aditya Degree Colleges for arranging the AURA 2015 in such a great way.
On this occasion, the Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges, Shri BEVL Naidu opined that any company or firm cannot see the future without the commerce specialist. He also said that in order to share the skill sets of the B.Com students with other students of other degree colleges, the AURA 2015 has been arranged. He opined that the skills sets of the students will come out only when they conduct such programmes.
The Chief Guest of the function Prof. E.N. Dhanunjaya Rao the president of the function Shri NK Deepak Reddy and other dignitaries on the dais released the Commerce Students souvenir “AURA” on this occasion. The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri NK Deepak Reddy handed over a memento and a shawl to the Chief Guest of the function Prof. E.N. Dhanunjaya rao.
The Principal of Aditya Degree College for women Smt. K. Karuna congratulated the AURA event organizers and opined that the students are doing a great job by organizing such events. The Vice Principal of Aditya Degree College Dr. Maniprakash said on this occasion, the expertise gained out of experience will be quiet useful.
Commerce Department of Aditya Degree College, AURA 2015 conducted several events like Quiz, Creative Add, Riddle, Token of Social Responsibility, Picture description, Add Selfie and Mr and Ms. AURA and the winners were given with prizes and certificates.
AURA 2014-15 Valedictory function was presided over by the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu. On this eve, he opined that the commerce students will get practical exposure through these events. He gave details regarding the AURA 2014-15 and said that this state level event AURA 2014-15 a total of 350 students participated from 15 colleges across the state. B.Com (Computers) course is being run prestigiously at Aditya Degree College, Kakinada. He also said that programmes such of these become guidelines for others to follow in near future. On this occasion prize winners were given away with the prizes. The final year B.Com student who won Adikavi Nannaya University 4th rank in B.Com exams of second year Ms. Sowjanya Sobha was felicitated with a memento on this occasion.
The programme was also participated by the Principal, Aditya Degree College for women, Smt. K. Karuna, the head of the department of Commerce & Management Smt. Suma, Shri Prasad and other faculty members of Commerce Department and the student organizers of AURA 2015 Mr. Sai Sandeep. Mr. Premsai, Ms. Sobha, Mr. Uday chander, Ms. Jyotsna, Ms. Kamala Nargis, Ms. Jhansi, Ms. Rama Neelima, Ms. Mounika and the Vice Principal of Aditya Degree College, Dr. A. Maniprakash.
