TELUGU BHASHA DINOTSAVAM CELEBRATIONS @ APSAMP2
The 152nd birth anniversary of ‘Vyavaharika Bhashodyama Neta’ Gidugu Venkata Ramamurthy was celebrated as the ‘Telugu Bhasha Dinotsavam’ in our campus on 29th of August .It was the day to recollect his History . The greatness of Telugu and its importance were performed in the form of songs and dance by the girls of 4th & 5th std . The significance of Matru Bhasha has been depicted in the form of a skit by the boys of 5th std titled as ‘Telugu bhasha ki Vachina Thippalu’. The Principal applauded the performance of the students and suggested all the students to read and practice Telugu properly.
The day August 29 also celebrated as the National Sports Day in dedication to the great hockey player Dhyan Chand. August 29, 1905 was the day when India’s talented hockey player was born in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. On this note the students were made aware about the advancement of sports in the country and also motivated to make a successful career in varied sports.
