District Industries Centre conducted Seminar at Aditya Degree College

            The Deputy Director of Industries Shri Ch. Ganapathi conducted seminar at Aditya Degree College,Lakshminarayana nagar, Kakinada on various opportunities and schemes. The Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and P.G. Colleges Shri BEVL Naidu opined that the District Industries Centre was invited to conduct an awareness programme on the small scale industries that the students can start after their degree and though they are state Govt. employees, they had accepted the request and conducted the programme for the BBM students of Aditya degree College.

The main speaker of the programme Shri Ch. Ganapathi, Dy. Director of Industries, District Industries Centre gave a detailed account of small scale industries that the Degree students can start after their education. He said that the students should look at small scale industries as opportunities through which not only the students but also the other students will get an opportunity. He gave other details like the concessions that are offered through the Government schemes without any Guarantee. He even gave details about various schemes with which the students can start an industry with lowest amounts.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri NK Deepak Reddy informed that the BBM course at Aditya Degree College prestigiously which is the reason for more number of placements into various MNCs across the country. However, the local youth should not loose an opportunity of starting small scale industry with locally available materials. He said that instead of employees, the students can become entrepreneurs by starting a small scale industry and also can provide jobs to the other students. He appreciated the seminar conducted by District Industries Centre which increased the self confidence levels of the students. On this occasion, Shri BEVL Naidu handed over a memento to Shri Ch. Ganapathi.

This programme was attended by second and final year BBM students of Aditya Degree College, the management teaching faculty Shri G. Chandrasekhar and the Vice Principal of Aditya Degree College Dr. A. Maniprakash  organized the programme.
