CONFLUENCE 2016 STATE LEVEL MANAGEMENT EVENT WAS ORGANISED BY ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE KAKINADA

Aditya Degree College Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) group students organized state level management event CONFLUENCE – 2016. Giving this information the Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges, Shri BEVL Naidu told that a total of 800 students attended from 23degree colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

             The inaugural session was presided over by Sri. N. Krishna Deepak Reddy, Secretary, Aditya Educational Institutions. In his opening remarks Sri. N. Krishna Deepak Reddy told that the BBM course is offered by Aditya Degree College in a prestigious way and the course is supported by Aditya management by promoting with facilities like industrial tours and seminars by experts and professors in the field of Management, case studies and with these activities the students are exposed to industrial interface he added.

             The chief guest of the event, Sri G.V.R.K Raju, General Manager, NFCL, told that though more opportunities are present in the fields of Banking, Employment and Marketing, the final selection of employees is always based on the skill sets of the candidates only. He appreciated the management of Aditya for running BBM course prestigiously. He appreciated the students who took up this mammoth task of conducting such a state level event and showed their creativity. He explained about the opportunities for the management specialist from small business to the MNCs and opined that apart from the subject knowledge the students should also show their skill sets to succeed the opportunities. He opined that Imagination is the great power of management students. He gave various examples of Indians who became CEOs of International Brand Companies like HCL, Microsoft and Google.  He said that Indians Shri Nadella Satya, Mr. Sivam and Mr. Sundar Pichay became CEOs of International MN Companies like Microsoft, HCL and Google and became famous like Satyam-Sivam-Sundaram. 

             The guest of honour of the programme, the Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri N. Sesha Reddy said that Aditya Degree Colleges are taking necessary care about the BBM Course and running it in a most spectacular way, in the same fashion, the BBM students of Aditya Degree College conducted this CONFLUENCE – 2016  in a splendid way. He also opined that with these kind of events there will be exchange of views, ideas and plans between the students. He also said that students should be prepare to ready for Success in their lives by utilizing every opportunity.

 In the valedictory session, the president of the function Shri BEVL in his speech opined that the students could able to show their event managerial and leadership skills by arranging such a nice programme by converting themselves into event managers. He said that this event is really inspiring to all other University students. In order to identify themselves in the Global Market and to get exposure to practical conditions for the students these programmes are like centre stage he added. The prize winners of the events were given away prizes by the President of the valedictory function Shri BEVL Naidu

             The E-Souvenir containing various student and faculty articles on the Management subject were released through the hands of the guests of the programme. The Principal of Aditya Degree College for women Smt. K. Karuna and the Vice Principal of Aditya Degree College, Ch.V.V.Satyanarayana, the Principal of MBA college, Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao, the BBM faculty members of Aditya Degree College, Smt.Suma, Sri Balram, Sri Shaiuddin, Smt Suneetha, Smt Sirisha, Smt Lalitha Bhavani, Dr.DRV Srinivas, Sri Krishnababu joined the Confluence – 2016 programme.
