PANEL DISCUSSION ON UNION BUDGET AT ADITYA GLOBAL BUSINESS SCHOOL

On 6-02-2017 a Panel discussion was held in Aditya Global Business School, Surampalem, and Kakinada. The panel was formed by Eminent Chartered Accountants from Kakinada & Rajahmundry Mr. Satish, Mr. V.V.V.S. Kiran, Mr. K.V.N.S. Chandra Kant and Sri. N. Srinivas Rao along with Faculty Members Mr. D. Meherji & Mr. P.S. Balaram joined by Students representatives Ms. Madhuri and Mr. Raghuram. Associate Professor in Finance of the B-School, Mr. D. Meherji acted as a moderator of the panel discussion. The panel discussion covered all the budget aspects starting from Previous Year & Assessment Year to Demonetization, Digitalization, Budget Allocation to various Sectors of the Economy, Budget Allocation to Andhra Pradesh, Railways etc.,

At the end of the panel discussion students raised their questions on various aspects of the budget and clarified their doubts. Charted Accountant Mr. Satish, all the Speakers at the panel discussion clarified the doubts of the students and the panel discussions appreciated the initiation of Panel Discussion and also students’ participation.

Dr. N. Suguna Reddy, Director of the B-School who initiated the panel discussion on Union Budget said the discussion was an eye opener for the students on various aspects of the Budget and enhanced the ability of the students to understand the Budget in detail.
