Festivals illuminate our rich Culture and tradition. Sankranthi the harvest festival creates harmony with nature.
The programme started with sankranthi songs. A write up of the importance of the festivals and funny skit were well presented.
Bhogipallu, Bhoghi manta, Gobbillu entertained the audience. Preparation of Pongal followed the ritual of the festival. Haridasu with keerthanas, prabhalu,Bommala Koluvu&Goda devi were in time with our traditions & were enthralling.
Women folk adorned in Sampradaya Vastradarana took part in various competitions. They show cased that age in no bar for fun and frolic by winning number of gifts in different one minute games. Rangoli competition Prizes were sponsored by coca cola company.
The Principal and the Vice Principal appreciated the zeal of the participants. She suggested that it is our responsibility to sick to our vibrant tradition and culture and teach ourChildren the ethics and values of our heritage.
