REMEMBERING THE BHARAT RATNA SIR C V RAMAN@apsamp2
National Science Day is being celebrated across India to commemorate the invention of the Raman Effect by the Indian physicist, Sir CV Raman on 28 February 1928. C.V Raman , who has contributed a lot in the field of science and made our nation proud.
Aditya Talent School, commemorated in the Honour of Sir. C.V. Raman the first Asian Nobel Laureate and the Bharat Ratna for his legacy , in Indian Physics. His discovery won him the Nobel prize and inspired a whole generation of Indians. On this day, Our students celebrated and remembered the untiring efforts, dedication and determination of our scientific community. Introduction of science, ’SCIENCE FOR PEOPLE AND PEOPLE FOR SCIENCE’ the Theme of National Science Day 2019, information about the legend, his contributions and achievements in the field of Physics, apart from him other Eminent Scientists like ABJ Adbul Kalam, Thomas Alva Edison, Enisten, and few more were recalled. Their reflections and inventions were been discussed. Children of class 3,4,& 5 actively participated in various science concepts and performed few fun & simple science experiments. Science day was observed for three days in the campus. Different topics and its significance in daily life were displayed by the students during the assembly activities.
The Primary Principal wished all the students and suggested them to continue to further their knowledge in science and reach the heights of the Supremacy of Scientism with ennobling thoughts coming from all sides. The young generation of the country, to research and come up with new ideas and innovations and contribute to the Indian growth story. Performance is only touchstone for real progress. Ideas have to be translated into tangible realities.Science has truly made the world a better place to live! “Let us work together with firm determination to create a brighter world”. Later in the programme students received appreciation certificates for involving themselves in the science activities and for the active participation in exhibiting models.
