16 Aditya Students selected in Mahindra Satyam campus interviews

            A total of 16 Aditya students got selected in Mahindra Satyam campus interviews conducted at Aditya Degree College, Lakshminarayana nagar, Kakinada. The Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges Shri BEVL Naidu gave this information. The selection was done based on the Online, technical and HR rounds for the posts of Programmer Trainee. 287 Aditya Degree College students attended these interviews. He opined that several MNCs are showing interest in Aditya Degree College because of the availability of talented students. He also said that regularly these campus interviews are being conducted to convert many Aditya Degree students into MNC employees. The company representatives of Mahindra Satyam organized a presentation on the recruitment process of Mahindra satyam and also opined that the degree students who join in the company reach a good professional height within no time. The Vice President Shri Sastry Varanasi, Assistant Vice President Shri V.S.N. Murthy, Assistant Vice President (HR) Shri Satya Thopalli and HR executives Shri Sridhar appreciated Aditya Degree Colleges for having a facility to conducting online test for 400 students at a stretch. They gave details of the annual salary package offered for the students i.e., Rs. 1,80,000 and said that the students can expect a good career with Mahindra satyam.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy opined that based on the requirement of the MNCs the Campus Recruitment Training is being provided for the students of Aditya Educational Institutions and that is the reason for maximum number of placements. He appreciated the team members of Mahindra Satyam who conducted campus interviews at Aditya Degree College. The company representatives presented the appointment orders to the selected Aditya Degree College students.

The Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri N. Sesha Reddy, the Director Smt. N. Suguna Reddy congratulated the selected students and appreciated the CRT team for providing such a nice training.  The placements officer Shri Ravichandra, the vice principal of Aditya Degree College Dr. A. Maniprakash, the principal of Aditya Degree college for women Smt. K. Karuna appreciated the selected students, the placement drive was organized by placement executives Shri Avinash, Shri Ravi Manikanta and placement Coordinators of Aditya degree Colleges Shri Kumar, Shri Naga Srikanth and Shri Janakiram.
