“Mold-tek” visiting our Engineering Colleges on 27th,April’13 to recruit our B.tech-Civil & Mech students,2013 batch

• Minimum percentage : 65% in Engineering (all semesters)
• Civil & Mech students from 2013 batch only
  
• Good Subject knowledge
• Basic knowledge on Auto-cad
  
• Drafting, Editing
• Verification of client inputs
• Review on sample documents taken from earlier project

Terms and conditions of employment:

• 3 years’ service agreement
• Rs.1,00,000 bank guarantee
• Starting compensation is 13,000 per month and there will be an auto hike of Rs.15,000 per month after six months
• The selected students will fall into regular annual appraisal cycle after one year from their respective date of joining

Selection criteria:

1.Pre-placement talk

2.Written test (comprising of aptitude and Trigonometry) for a duration of 45min.

3. Qualified students will attend an technical interview and HR round

4. Offer letters will be issued to the selected students at their office
