ITC WOW program@APSGMD

The WOW (Well-being out of Waste) Program has been successfully conducted at our school organized by ITC limited. Young Adityans took an active role in saving the environment by collecting waste paper & plastic which can be recycled. Around 600 children participated and collected 4400 Kgs approximately of waste from their home.
Ch. Sampoorna of class IX has contributed the highest collection of 54.5 Kgs and many more children came forward and showed their spirit and effort. All the children who contributed the waste were given useful stationery and certificates of appreciation. The main aim of WOW is to control the pollution and global warming. Principal Mr. V. Rajesh appreciated the students and their parents for being part in this useful and pioneering program.
