Telugu Day Celebrations@apsamp

Telugu Day was observed with week long programmes related to Telugu literature, introduction of Writers and Poets. Poems, Songs, Skits, Dances, Mono Action. Role play puzzles were presented during Assembly Activities. Ashtavadanam Prakriya was explained. Skits like Yama Darbar and ‘ Maryada’ were a hit with the students. The famous writer Gidugu Ramamurthi Pantulu’s mono action and mentioning of his works. Songs & Dances entertained the students. Recitation quiz competition were conducted and prizes were given away to the winners.

The Principal appreciated the talent exhibited by the students and suggested that Mother Tongue is important for learning any other language. Telugu. the ancient language is a treasure trove of knowledge and the student should be made aware of its great literature.
