MANAGEMENT FEST LUMINANCE – 2K19 @ ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE, KAKINADA

LUMINANCE – 2019 was conducted grandly by the department of Management, Aditya Degree College. The Chief Guest of the program was S.S.Engineers & Consultants, Director, Sri Keerthi Jain Kothari. The program started with the lightening of the lamp and a prayer song and proceeded further with the remarks of the Chief Guest. Sri Keerthi Jain Kothari, addressing the gathering, stated that the students of this generation should be in a position to offer the jobs but not in a position to carve for the jobs. He also stated that the Government is ever ready, providing necessary help in establishing the industries locally and also in the development of the country.     

The Program Convener Dr.B.E.V.L Naidu told that Aditya Degree College is offering a prestigious BBA course in which new trends in business were taught as a special education for the students to meet the latest business traits. He advised the students to gain knowledge on H.R, Marketing and Finance subjects along with the Communication Skills. Principal, Department of Management, Smt.Suma told that by conducting these programs, students will have awareness on the present marketing strategies. A PROMO was released on the  Aditya Management faculty and the students on this occasion. Competitions were held on H.R., Marketing, Finance, such as Mr. & Miss Luminance, Operation Management, Young Manager, Paper Presentation. Dr.B.E.V.L Naidu distributed the mementos to the winners in the competitions.

Aditya Educational Institutions, Chairman. Dr. N.Sesha Reddy; Secretary, Sri N.Krishna Deepak Reddy, appreciated the Management department for organizing the program. Vice Principal Sri Ch.V.V.Satyanarayana, BBA+ Incharge, J.Ganesh, faculty and the students participated.
