NSS DAY GOLDEN JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS @ ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE, KAKINADA

Serving the Nation is serving the Mankind. With this inspirational quote and with the inspiring acts of the great leaders such as Mahatma Gandhi and Swami Vivekananda, National Social Service wing was established in the year 1969 on 24^th September. As it has completed 50 years of its establishment the NSS teams of Aditya Degree College had celebrated its Golden Jubilee this year in a grand manner. The President of the program and the NSS program officer, Sri T.Tejeswararao stated that he has been working as an NSS Program officer since 10 years in the college in which he had organized many NSS activities, Awareness programs and NSS camps for the benefit of the society in the fields of Education, Medicine, Sanitation, Cleanliness, Blood Donation Camps and led many students as NSS volunteers to make them the Socio Responsible future citizens of the country. For this he thanked and expressed his gratitude to the Academic Director, Dr. B.E.V.L Naidu, Aditya Degree and P.G. Colleges for appointing him as the NSS program officer.

The Chief Guest of the program Dr.Manikireddy Satyanarayana, a member of the Advisory Committee, NSS, AKNU stated that Aditya Degree College has a special virtue in organizing number of innovative programs and camps where these will definitely help to develop the personality as well as the career of an individual. He also appreciated NSS program officers, Sri T.Tejeswararao, Sri.L.Diwakararao. Later, appreciation certificates were given to the 20 BEST NSS VOLUNTEERS of the College. P.Kalyani Lakshmi, who got selected for Pre-Republic parade, K.Anil, G.Vamsi, Manikanta Swamy were awarded Gold medals and appreciation certificates for rendering their best services among the NSS volunteers though the hands of Dr.Manikireddy Satyanarayana.

Aditya Group of Institutions, Chairman, Sri N.Sesha Reddy; Secretary, Sri N.Krishna Deepak Reddy;  Dr. B.E.V.L Naidu, Academic Director, Aditya Degree and P.G. Colleges, appreciated the NSS teams for celebrating the NSS Golden Jubilee. Vice Principal, Sri Ch.V.V.Satyanarayana, NSS program officers and the student volunteers participated in the program.
