INTERNATIONAL PLASTIC BAGS FREE DAY @ ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE, KAKINADA

International Plastic Bag Free Day gives us an opportunity to remind ourselves, and others, that every action we take, and every bag we dispose, affects the lives of everyone in the world, for generations to come. Speaking on the occasion Dr.B.E.V.L Naidu said that International plastic bag free day is a global initiative that aims to eliminate or radically reduce the use of single-use plastic bags in the world and to make the society aware of the over-consumption of plastic bags and disposable products. He explained the gathering that once upon a time there use to be paper covers at the shops, but as the days went on, the plastic bags replaced the paper ones. In this accord he gave a notion to the youth of the country to work towards developing more responsibility and environmental friendly habits.  M.Kishore kumar, the Chief Guest, Founder of All is Well organization stated that the citizens have to make up their minds in using the Cloth bags wherever they go to the places like markets, grocery shops and so. This act would definitely reduce the usage of plastic which hails the existence of a proper life cycle and environment. Aditya Educational Institutions, Chairman, Dr.N.Seshareddy; Secretary, Sri.N.Krishna Deepak Reddy appreciated the NSS team for conducting this program. Sri Ch.V.V.Satyanarayana, Vice-Principal; NSS program officers Sri.T.Tejeswararao, Sri.L.Diwakararao and the students participated in this program.
