EK BHARAT SHRESHT BHARAT – UNITY DAY OBSERVED @APSNSP

Ek Bharat Shresht Bharat was the dream of Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel. It was due to his relentless and valiant efforts India was unified and we have our country in its present form today.

In this context birth anniversary of Sardar Patel is observed as Ekta Diwas or Unity Day in India on 31st October every year.

Students of Aditya School, Narasapuram, enthusiastically took part in this event where floral tributes were paid to Sardar Patel by Principal, Incharges, and Teachers.

High School Incharge Mr.K.Rajesh administered the Unity Pledge to the students.

Principal Mr.A.N.S.S.K.Prasad, while addressing the students deciphered the pledge and its implication in the lives of today’s children. He also explained the process of unification and the efforts put in by Sardar Patel in acceding the princely states with the help of a powerpoint presentation. He also made the children understand the fate of this nation if princely states were either acceded to Pakistan or remained independent.
