CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATIONS@apsamp

A Child is a blooming bud who blossoms in the light of love and affection and shows the path of joy and merriment.
      Children’s Day the birthday of Jawaharlal Nehru was celebrated with ecstatic fervour. The programme started with speeches in Telugu & English about the significance of the day and about Nehru the great statesman. Melodious songs, depiction of native games were presented. Sri. Akondi Pavan Garu, the Chief Guest of the day mesmerised the audience with message oriented stories about facing adversities and overcoming them for success. The Mimicry and Ventriloquism show was a fantabulous which attracted the Children’s attention. The Programme on the depiction of traditional and native games brought sweet memories of the good old days and introduce the games to the young generation.
    The Principal Commended the programme and felt that children should be taken care tenderly while guiding them and moulding them. They should be inculcated with tradition and morals for value based education.
