Students of Aditya won prizes in the events conducted on the eve of Commemoration of Police Martyrs

Smt. K. Karuna, Principal of Aditya Degree College for Women,
Kakinada said that the students of Aditya Degree College for Women
excelled in the competitions conducted at Ashram Public School,
Kakinada.  These competitions  were conducted on the eve of
“Commemoration of Police Martyrs” under the supervision of the D.S.P.
Sri. Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy.
The competitions were conducted on the topic “Peoples’  role and
participation – Duties of police. In the Essay and Elocution
competitions  P. Sriha of III B.Com and A. Kavya of II B.Sc won first
prize in Elocutions. B. Lakshmi and K. Tejeswini won first and third
prize in Essay writing.
Sri N.Krishna Deepak Reddy, Secretary, Aditya Educational
Institutions, Smt. N. Suguna Reddy, Director, Aditya Degree Colleges
congratulated the prize winners. Sri N.Krishna Deepak Reddy said that
the police should play a vital role in the maintenance of law and oder
and to control anti social elements in order to let people lead a
peaceful life.  He also said that people should feel the
responsibility and cooperate the police to do their duties more
effectively.
Sri B.E.V.L. Naidu, Academic Co-Ordinator of Aditya Degree and
P.G..Colleges, congratulated the students on their success.  He opined
that “ Police Officer” is the only one who fights and maintains peace
and stability for common people  and who fights courgeously with
anti-social elements for the well being of common men.  He said that
it is the duty of everyone to pay homage to all the policemen who
sacrificed their lives for the sake of common man.  Smt. K. Karuna,
Principal of  Aditya Degree College for Women  said these programmes
among create an awareness and social responsibility students.
