20 Aditya Degree College Students selected in Nexwave campus interviews

          Hyderabad based software company Nexwave conducted campus interviews at Aditya Degree College Kakinada. Giving this information, the Academic coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges Shri BEVL Naidu said that Nexwave company approached Aditya Degree College for selecting students for the post of Software test engineer. The selection was based on written test followed by personal interview. A total of 120 people attended for the interview and 20 students got selected for the job. On this occasion Shri Naidu opined that several MNCs are showing interest in Aditya Degree College because of the availability of talented students. He also said that regularly these campus interviews are being conducted to convert many Aditya Degree students into MNC employees.

The company representatives of Nexwave organized a presentation on the recruitment process and opined that the degree students who join in the company reach a good professional height within no time in the company. The Corporate Executive of Nexwave Shri J. Naveen and Senior Executive Shri Uday appreciated Aditya Degree Colleges for having a facility to conducting online test for 400 students at a stretch. They gave details of the annual salary package offered for the students i.e., Rs. 1,40,000 and said that the students can expect a good career with Nexwave.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy opined that based on the requirement of the MNCs the Campus Recruitment Training is being provided for the students of Aditya Educational Institutions without disturbing the University curriculum and that is the reason for maximum number of placements. He appreciated the team members of Nexwave, who conducted campus interviews at Aditya Degree College. The company representatives presented the appointment orders to the selected Aditya Degree College students.

The Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri N. Sesha Reddy, the Director Smt. N. Suguna Reddy congratulated the selected students and appreciated the CRT team for providing such a nice training.  The placements officer Shri Ravichandra, the vice principal of Aditya Degree College Dr. A. Maniprakash, the principal of Aditya Degree college for women Smt. K. Karuna appreciated the selected students, the placement drive was organized by placement executive Shri Srinivasan.
