Aditya Degree College students excel in Youth festival of Andhra Pradesh

            Aditya Degree College students are excel in Youth festival of Andhra Pradesh – 2013. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu said that Aditya Degree College students are securing many prizes in several competitions.

The Youth festival of Andhra Pradesh -2013 was organized at Satkalavahini by Government of Andhra Pradesh. On this occasion several competitions were conducted for the youth. Under the Folk Group song division Mr. Sunil and group won first prize, under mono-action division Mr. V.S.V.V. Manikanta won first prize. Under Guitar play Mr. V. Durga babu won first prize and under mimicry division Mr. P. Hema Prasad won first prize and under Essary writing division Ms. M.S. Shoba won first prize. Under Quiz competition Mr. M. Srikanth group won second prize, under Painting competition Mr. Narendra kumar won second prize, under mimicry Mr. M. Ajay kuma won second prize and under Elocution division Ms. A. Kavya won second prize, under Essay writing Y.V.S. Krishna  and under painting competition K. Veera Siva Kumar won third prize. Shri Naid said that a total 10 prizes were won by Aditya Degree College students in which 5 first prizes, three second prizes and two third prizes were won. The first prize winners will be given a chance to participate in District level competitions which are going to be conducted soon.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy and the Director of Aditya Educational Institutions Smt. N. Suguna Reddy congratulated the winners and they felt that apart from studies when the students participate in such programmes they will get psychological relaxation and reach their goals early.

The winners were congratulated by the Principal of Aditya Degree College for women Smt. K. Karuna and the Vice Principal of Aditya Degree College, Dr. A. Maniprakash and the  programme was coordinated by the Event coordinator of Aditya Degree Colleges, Shri T. Tejeswara Rao.
