Personality Development Session conducted at Aditya Degree College, Kakinada

            Kakinada Aditya Degree College second year Bachelor of Business Management (II BBM) students conducted Personality Development classes. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu opined that with the success the Aditya Degree College got by running management courses, the present year BBM students are encouraged to conduct several Personality Development sessions. He on this occasion made interesting remarks regarding the skill sets of the management students.

            The programme was initiated with a prayer followed by ‘General News’ followed by Business news and after that several presentations were given by students with regard to the management subject. The presentations were followed by a ‘Business game’ followed by presentations on general topics. Finally communication game was conducted. The BBM students thoroughly enjoyed the PD session and they were satisfied with the way programme was organized.

            After completion of the events in the programme a feed back session was conducted on entire events and each student gave his/ her feed back regarding every event and the person organized. This session gave a boost to the students as the organizers and the viewers could able to understand why this programme has been organized. The pros and cons of the organizers were also discussed and the highlighted points were noted.

            The team consisting of Ms. Mounika, Mr. Nikunj, Ms. Jameela, Mr. Sreenath, Mr. Bhargav were selected as ‘team of the day’ and were given prizes. The winners of the competitions were given prizes through the hands of Shri BEVL Naidu. On this occasion the students gave a token of respect to Shri BEVL Naidu and to Dr. A. Maniprakash.

            The faculty member of BBM Ms. Anjanadevi who had organized the entire event gave concluding remarks and opined that regular PD sessions will improve the students’ performance and will give them chance to excel better in competitions. She also said that these sessions will help the students in keeping the stage fear a side.

            The PD session ended with National Anthem.
