47 students of Aditya PG Colleges selected for Hetero Drugs Pharma Campus Interviews

            47 students of Aditya PG College selected for Hetero Drugs Pharma Campus Interviews. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges, Shri BEVL Naidu opined that in order to fill the gap between academics and industry Aditya Degree Colleges are always striving hard and training the students in all aspects. He also said MNCs are visiting Aditya Degree and PG College campus in order to select the best students. He informed that the selection was done based on Written test followed by personal interview. With Post Graduation in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry as qualification a total of 200 students participated in the campus interviews, out of them 72 students got selected in written test and out of those 47 students got selected in the final round for the post of Junior Chemist (Quality). Shri Naidu on this occasion reminded of recent success of AMPLE -2014 where more than 600 Aditya Degree students got the placements on a single day.

The HR Team Leader of Hetero Drugs Shri Rajanikanth and HR Executive Shri Malla Reddy conducted the campus interviews along with their 6 member team. Shri Rajanikanth gave a presentation on the salary package and other facilities provided at Hetero Drugs Pharma and opined that if any student with degree or PG qualification joins the company it will be easy for them to reach top position within short time. The Hetero Drugs Pharma personnel appreciated Aditya Degree Colleges for having a facility to conducting online test for more than 400 students at a stretch. They gave details of the annual salary package offered for the students i.e., Rs. 1,40,000 and said that the students can expect a good career with Hetero Drugs.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy opined that as Campus Recruitment Training is being provided every year without disturbing the University curriculum, the students of Aditya Degree College are gaining so many jobs in the MNCs easily. He congratulated the job winners and also appreciated the team member of Hetero Drugs who conducted campus interviews at Aditya Degree College.

The Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri N. Sesha Reddy, congratulated the selected students and appreciated the Campus Recruitment Team and Campus Recruitment Training team for providing such a nice training to the students.  The placements officer Shri Ravichandra, the vice principal of Aditya Degree College Dr. A.
