Aditya Degree College BBM+ students conducted ‘STRIDES- 2014’

            Aditya Degree College second year BBM+ students conducted ‘STRIDES – 2014’. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu said that in present situation     ‘Management’ is a very important subject and that is the reason Aditya Educational Institutions are running the management courses prestigiously. He also reminded that BBM+ course has been started in order to cater the CAT and MAT coaching needs of the students. He also said that apart from academics the students should do well with their skill sets in order to make a mark in management studies. He inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp traditionally. He appreciated the efforts of second year BBM+ students in organizing the programme.

The second year BBM+ students conducted the programme ‘STRIDES’ where they organized various programmes like JAM (Just a minute), Asian Parliament (Mock parliament), Logo Creation, Grand Master (Quiz), Ad Mania(Advertisement making), Pic Talks (Photography), Wrestling with writing (fun game), Management wording, Miss and Mister STRIDES. The first year students of BBM and BBM+ actively participated in the events and felt happy with the learning.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy on this occasion opined that present day world is looking for ‘Smart Managers’ who can show the solutions to various problems. He also opined that programmes such of these certainly will help in bringing out the skill sets of the students in organizing programmes. He also gave a call to the students that they can think of starting their own business rather than thinking about only getting a job. He reminded of the success of Aditya Degree College in running management course successfully by securing various University ranks and also by securing good number of prizes in various competitions. He gave a call to the students to get inspired with every winning moment and keep on the winning spree.

In the valedictory session, prizes were given away by the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu. The students of First year BBM and BBM+ were happy with the events and they gave their opinion on the programme. Overall they said that the events were quiet useful for them.

The Vice Principal of Aditya Degree College Dr. Maniprakash and the Head of the Department Smt. Suma and the management faculty members Smt. Anjana Devi, Shri Shauddin and Shri Prasad and other faculty members participated in the programme. The student organizers Mr. Brahmaji Naidu, Mr. Mallik, Ms. Avani, Ms. Navneet Jha coordinated the event.
