160 students of Aditya Degree College selected for Tech Mahindra Campus Interviews

            A total of 160 students of Aditya Degree College got selected for Tech Mahindra. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges, Shri BEVL Naidu opined that many MNCs are turning up to Aditya Degree College because of they are getting quality students at the college. The selection was done based on online test followed by technical and HR rounds. 27 students got selected on Friday campus interviews and 133 students have already been selected earlier for Tech Mahindra and this is another huge success as the total of 160 student got selected for this Tech Mahindra company he added.

The Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri N. Sesha Reddy congratulated the selected students and appreciated the Campus Recruitment Team and Campus Recruitment Training team for providing such a nice training to the students. He said that the management is trying its level best to invite various MNCs and converting the degree students into MNC employees. He said he is feeling happy now as the seeds laid by him long back are giving fruits now.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy opined that based on the requirement of the MNCs the Campus Recruitment Training team of Aditya Degree College is providing training for the degree students from the first year and that it is the main reason for selections in campus interviews. The Vice Chairman Shri N. Satish Reddy thanked the Vice President of HR Department of Tech Mahindra Shri Satya Thopalli, Mr. Soma Sundar, Technical Manager and HR CHLN Kumar, who conducted the campus interviews.

On this eve, the Vice President of HR Department Shri Satya Thopalli said that as more number of quality students are available, the Tech Mahindra is conducting campus interviews every year and he also said that Aditya Degree students who were already selected are doing a great job at Tech Mahindra.

The Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges Shri BEVL Naidu said that special attention is given towards the Campus Recruitment Training for the students from the first year of Degree studies and because of the special training students are achieving successes. He opined that the training provided throughout three years is helping them to secure good number of MNC jobs. He also said that the successful persons in this interview will be given Rs 1,90,000 salary per annum apart from providing higher studies at BITS, Pilane for the selected students.

The placements officer Shri Ravichandra, the Directors Shri Gangi reddy and Shri Raghava Reddy, the Principals of Aditya Degree Colleges Dr. A. Maniprakash, Smt. K.
