International Day for the Aged observed by Aditya Degree College students
Aditya Degree College NSS students observed International Day for the Aged by distributing food packets for the needy and aged people. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu said that it is high time to take care of the aged people who worked hard throughout their lives and at the end of their life time are being avoided by their wards. He said it has been a continued tradition to observe this day and help the needy and aged person by Aditya Degree Colleges. He also said that the management of Aditya is always supporting the students and faculty in this regard.
The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri N. K. Deepak Reddy appreciated the efforts of the NSS student volunteers who have conducted this event.
The NSS student volunteers of Aditya Degree College have distributed the food packets to the needy and aged persons in and around Kakinada suburbs. Dr. DSD Shyamala and the NSS programme officers of the Aditya Degree Colleges Shri T. Tejeswara Rao and Shri L. Divakara Rao along with the students distributed food packets to the aged people.
The NSS student volunteers Mr. Manikanta, Mr. Surya, Mr. Sanjay, Mr. Premsai etc., theVice Principal of Aditya Degree College Dr. Maniprakash supervised the programme.
