325 Record Selections by Aditya Degree students in TCS Campus Interviews

325 Aditya Degree students got selected in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Campus Interviews. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu said that record number of students of Aditya Degree Colleges got placed in TCS company.

The Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutes, Shri N Sesha Reddy on this occasion opined that the pleasure of success was not in taking initiatives in developing the Educational Institutions rather than looking at the students attending the campus interviews and joining various MNCs thus achieve development and getting good name to Aditya Institutions, the real happiness comes. He congratulated the job winners of Aditya Degree Colleges and opined that this winning spree should continue.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy on this occasion opined that getting these many placements in one MNC is not a simple thing and it includes efforts from both the student side and also the efforts of faculty of Training and placement division of Aditya Campus Recruitment Team. On this occasion he said that speaking good English, creativity in bringing people together and easily mingling with group are some of the points the recruiters are looking at in the appearing candidates for the campus drives.

The Vice Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri N. Satish Reddy on this occasion said that even before the Campus Interviews are conducted by the companies, the tests related to the companies will be solved and explained to the students and with the practice, the students are easily handling the tests. He also said that from first year of degree onwards the students are being trained in awareness, communication skills etc., The confidence levels are being boosted in the students which is enabling them to join in MNCs like these. He informed that the selected students will be given with salary of Rs. 1,80,000/- per annum. He also said that the students who got selected for the campus interview needs to join either at Nagpur or Chennai. He also informed that the selected students are given a chance to have higher education in Universities as intimated by the Company representatives.

The HR Managers of TCS company Shri Jacob and Shri Jerit Jeon, the operation manager Shri Hemanth along with other a six member team conducted the campus interviews. To appreciate the selected students of TCS the principals of Aditya Degree Colleges Smt K. karuna, Dr. Maniprakash Placement Director, Shri Madan and the Placement coordinators Shri Kumar, Shri Janakiram and Shri Harikrishna and the faculty members participated.
