GANDHI JAYANTHI CELEBRATIONS IN ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE LAKSHMINARAYANANAGAR, KAKINADA

The Academic Co-ordinator of Aditya Degree & P.G.Colleges  Sri B.E.V.L.Naidu said that Gandhiji’s 148^th Birthday celebrations had been conducted grandly in Aditya Degree College, Kakinada. The speakers on the occasion spoke about the significance of non-violence, Satyagraha, peace and love, the most powerful weapons used by Gandhi, the Father of our Nation to drive away the British from India. Even today, Mahatma Gandhi stands as a role model for many people and leaders across the Globe. The portrait of Gandhi was Garlanded and offered reverence. Sri Naidu said that it was the responsibility of every Indian to celebrate the birth anniversary of great people and asked the people to follow Gandhiji’s idealogy and read Gandhiji’s autobiography “my experiments with truth”.
