Vivekananda a source of inspiration to the youth
The principal of Aditya Degree College for Women Mrs.k.karuna said that Ramakrishna seva samithi Kakinada has organized a seminar on personality development marking the occasion of 150th Birthday celebrations of swami Vivekananda. Speaking on the occasion she said that life and teachings of Vivekananda has been a perennial source of inspiration to all the youth.
As a part of year long celebrations a seminar on the topic “Electricity is a necessity to all” was conducted. Students participated in large numbers with great enthusiasm. They have divided themselves into 2 groups. Group-I under the leadership of Miss. Sai Lavanya, Miss Kavya, Miss Apeksha, Miss Shilpa and group-II under the leadership of Miss Divya, Miss Sriha, Miss Neha and Miss Gayatri have led the proceedings.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest of the function Mrs.Rajya Lakshmi, professor, Rangaraya Medical College stressed on adopting the path of righteousness laid by swami Vivekananda. She laid emphesis on self transformation among the youths to see the dream of Swami Vivekananda of a prosperous India in right perspective come true.
The Secretary of Sri Ramakrishna Seva Samithi Dr.K. Partha Sarathy, and the chief orator Mr.Ch.Satyanarayana who participated in the event have asked the youth to fallow Swami Vivekananda’s teachings. They said that the youth should keep close to their cultural roots.
Mementoes were distributed the Guests and the winners of the event.
The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Mr.N.Krishna Deepak Reddy, and Academic Co-ordinator of Aditya Degree & PG colleges have congratulated all the event organizers, Guests and the students participated in the event. Mr. Rama Subbarao, Mr.K.Narayana Prasad, Retd Lecturer, Mr.V.Rama Krishna, ASD Govt College, Kakinada. Mr.T.Tejeswara Rao, HOD Dept of Telugu, and Ms. S.Jansy Deepthi, Lecturer in English participated in the event.
