Aditya Created a Mile Stone in the History of Degree Colleges by providing 559 Placements on a single day.

A Mega Job Fair was organized by Aditya Degree College in the name of AMPLE-2013 (ADITYA’S MEGA PLACEMENT LEAGUE FOR THE EARNEST). N. Sesha Reddy, Chairman of Aditya Educational institutions have opined that it is a great thing in the History of Degree Colleges to invite 19 different Multi National Companies of different sectors like Banking, I.T, Insurance to recruit graduates for their companies. He also said that no engineering college can show such a big employment opportunity for its students, where Aditya have done it.

N. Sesha Reddy, Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions congratulated all the Principals, Placement Wing, and Staff of Aditya Degree Colleges on their success in this great event. He said that they are contributing something to Society by providing Employment opportunities for all the Students where it became a difficult thing in the present day Competitive world.

The chief guest of the event Prof.D.S.V.V.D Prasad, Registrar of Adi Kavi NannayyaUniversity has said that Aditya is one of the famous private colleges that he heard of more often. He appreciated the management for the success. He has awarded the offer letters to all, who got placement in the AMPLE.

Smt. N. Suguna Reddy said that they have created a special page in the History of A.P by providing such an opportunity for all those 559 graduates on a single day. She also appreciated the ‘Campus Recruitment Training’ team, who are giving a special training for all the students in fields like Reasoning, Arithmetic, General English, Interview techniques without disturbing the main curriculum.

Sri.B.E.V.L. Naidu, principal, academic coordinator of Aditya Degree and P.G. Colleges said that more than 1500 students from Rajahmundry, Asilmetta, Gopalapatnam, Palakollu and Kakinada have participated in this Job Fair. He also said that more than 19 companies like Star Health Insurance, H.D.F.C, Zenpact, Elico, Gathi, S.B. Motors, Vinuthna Fertilizers, Ifkotokio, Toyota, Prime Soft, Volkswagen, Renault, Geocon Pharma, Andhra Electronics, Mega Tech, V.C. Technologies, Birla Life etc……… have conducted interview for different posts. He opined that English Speaking Quality, and leadership quality and the quality of effective speaking are the essential things that one should possess to get job in these M.N.C’s. He thanked the Chairman, N. Seshareddy, the Secretary N. Krishna Deepak Reddy for taking initiative in these placements.

Sri. Ravi Chandra, Aditya Placement Officer said that those students who want to get some employment in an M.N.C should develop all the qualities and should not confine only to Subject Knowledge.
