A seminar by Prof. Rathan Reddy on the importance of Management Courses.

A seminar was organized by Aditya Degree College for Women, Kakinada here on March 1. A prominent personality, an advocate, a social activist and the Founder of Rathan Global Business School has come to this seminar to explain the importance of Management Studies.

Prof. Rathan reddy has explained how the psychological behavior of a human being is going to play an important role in the daily life. On this event he spoke on various things that affect the Psychological behavior of any human being and has said how important it became in the present day management field. He explained all the students how these private organizations going to choose a particular person for a particular person on the basis of the Psychology and attitude of those who want to work in their institute. He also explained them the importance of Management Studies in U.G and P.G levels and told them how to choose a specialization in fields like Marketing, Finance, Human Resources etc…….. and spoke on the various opportunities available for them on the basis of their specialization in Degree and P.G. levels.

Later on he gave an elaborate picture on the way of education in the Business schools like I.I.M. He showed the students and the faculty how they train I.A.S and I.P.S officers in the development of Leadership qualities in them.  He has given some guiding principles for the students of B.B.M in Case Studies and Business Games. He wrote many books on Personality development and has given many lectures in abroad on the importance of personality development. He is the key factor behind the personality development of many giants in the present day corporate field.
