Sankranthi Sambaralu @ apsnsp

Aditya School Narsapur embraced a gleeful aura in the context of anticipated Sankranthi Celebrations.

Entire campus was enchanted with live colours and cheerful faces of students.

Sankranthi is known for kite flying which is a friendly pass time that people indulge in for Makar Sankranti. Some closely fought contests took place mid-air. Save your kite and bring the other person’s down was the prime motto. The glimpse of kites flying high in the sky by our high school boys was relished by all the spectators.

Ground was compactly decorated with intricate geometric designs (Rangoli) made by our high school girls.

Our tiny tots were offered insurance from malevolent glares by traditional Bhogi Pallu.

Traditional bon fire was lit by Principal Mr. A N S S K Prasad and other staff along with students.

The eminent attraction of the day was the Food Festival that added to the delight of students with 6 varieties of traditional foods.

Students had mass lunch in the campus along with teachers who savoured the love and affection of teachers along with the highly palatable food items.

Students were engaged in various games all throughout the day. Celebrations culminated with songs, dances and poems recitation by students.
