WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY CELEBRATIONS @ ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE, KAKINADA

CARING THE ENVIRONMENT IS CARING ONE’S SOUL – this Statement stays true in regard with the present environmental conditions. As a part of NSS activities a plantation program was organized on the World Environmental Day titled BETTER ENVIRONMENT – BETTER TOMORROW. In this context the Academic Director of Aditya Degree & P.G.Colleges Dr. B.E.V.L.Naidu said that the environment plays a crucial role in the life of every being, living on this earth. One should be responsible and caring towards his own environment because life couldn’t be imagined without it. He also stated that over a decade in the past, the people were very careless towards the environment which resulted in the aspects of Global Warming. This Global Warming is the cause of higher temperatures in the present days. In this regard he gave a call to the students as well as the society to plant trees which are the major constituents of the pleasant environment. He indeed raised the slogan – STOPPING POLLUTION IS THE BEST SOLUTION to protect and safeguard the environment. He suggested that every individual should plant a tree to create a pollution free society and informed everyone not to use plastics which are the major pollutants for the destruction. As it is the day of RAMZAN, he heart fully wished all the Muslim fraternity a HAPPY RAMZAN. Dr.N.SeshaReddy, Chairman, Sri N.Krishna Deepak Reddy, Secretary, Aditya Educational Institutions appreciated the NSS team for conducting this program. The Aditya Degree College, Vice Principal, Sri Ch.V.V.Satyanarayana, Incharge, Sri N.Murthy, NSS program officers Sri T.Tejeswararao, Sri L.Diwakararao, Teaching and Nonteaching staff participated in this program.
