RED DAY CELEBRATIONS @ apssri

KG & Primary Wing of Aditya school,srinagar conducted ‘Red Day’ activity on August 18, 2022 to introduce children  the mesmerizing realm of colours.  The shades of red made our tiny tots feel bright, lively and cheerful.

‘Red’ colour symbolizes enthusiasm, life and vitality. The day started off with the colour red every-where: red dress, red rose, red teddy, red apples, red cherries, here a red… there a red… red red everywhere. …..Our little ones spent a spectacular red day. Bulletin boards displayed red craft work made by the children.The tiny tots looked stunning in their red outfits. Special assembly was conducted emphasizing the significance of red colour. Focusing on the theme the teachers planned art and colourful activities.

The director of Aditya Educational Institutions Mrs. Nallamalli Sruthi Reddy madam, the chief guest of the event had an eventful interactive session with students providing them a deep insight about the purpose of such celebrations.The motive of the day and wishes from the Vice Principal Mrs. Vijaya Umapathi madam and the Academic incharge Mrs. Rajani madam made the day exceptionally special.

Colours are indeed the smiles of nature….. The ‘Red Day’ celebration was a wonderful learning activity which helped children to sort and classify objects based on colours there by reinforcing cognitive skills.

It was a scintillating day with innocent faces gleaming and reflecting brightness, joy, love and happiness.
