Meditation is the right way for enlightenment

A program on Personality Development was organized by Brahmma Kumarees  Society  here in Aditya Degree College for Women, Kakinada. A Lecture was given by the representatives of Brahmma Kumarees  as a part of the program.

Sri B.E.V.L Naidu Acadamic Co – Ordinator of Aditya Degree and P.G Colleges over the programme. He said that it has become a craze for every one to  say something or the other about Human values. He said that we fail to put them into practice preaching is not important but to follow those preaching is important. He suggested the students the follows values in order to build good and responsible society. He opined that one should follow values on ones own rather motivated by someone else.

Sri Subba Reddy, One of the member of Brahmma Kumarees spoke of meditation and it’s importance. He said that meditation is the best source of enlightenment . He explained about meditation, he said that meditation means to vacate our mind, to keep our mind free from all thoughts. Attainment of these state in meditation is known as “ DHIVYA CHAKSHUVU” . He suggested the people should realize the truth that  I – is not body but  I – is soul. He opined that meditation help us in realizing this fact. He also said that meditation and yoga helps human beings to here control over there thought process.

Sri Sankara, Another speaker from Brahmma Kumarees, Said that intelligence and dedication are keys of success. He said that apart from these two moral values and human values help us in becoming role models and to become good citizens. He opined that education should result in the department of intelligence and moral values. He said that providing education without values  is  meaningless.

Smt. K Karuna, Principle of Aditya Degree college for Women, Kakinada. Thanked Brahmma Kummarees society for organizing such programs in the college. She expressed her heart full thanks for their valuable suggestions.

This program is  organized by the NSS officer of Aditya Degree college for Women, Sri P lakshmi Bhuvana and the HOD of Telugu Department of Aditya Degree college Sri .T. Tejeswara rao.
