“ELITE” visiting our Engineering Colleges on 9th,March’13 to recruit our students of B.tech-Civil,2013 batch.

Cadre name:Graduate Engineer trainee,

Eligibility Criteria:First Class with minimum 60 marks in B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering,And 60% throughout Xth and XIIth is mandatory.Excellent communication skills, should be able to read/write/speak Hindi and English. Knowledge of local south
Indian languages will be added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities: Graduate engineers are expected to complete their training in the areas of Planning, Execution, Finishing on the best of Quality, Quantity surveying, Quality check and Assurance.GET’s will have to move at the Construction site for minimum 6 to 12 months. After successful completion of training GETs will be moved to one specialized area of construction.

Training Period: One year of extensive training program in various areas of construction Industry with monthly/quarterly review as per the Training Calendar.

Location & Travel: During the training period you will be posted at HO/RO/Sites in Hyderabad, Chennai or Bangalore region based on the business requirement. This Job requires extensive traveling in the Regional areas (South).Reporting: As a part of this role, GETs will report to GM-Projects and to the Management on monthly basis
via pre define review format.
