GREEN MAKES GREEN @ ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE, KAKINADA

Distribution of 2500 Plants was held, under the behest of the NSS team at Aditya Degree College. Speaking on the occasion, Forest Range Officer Sri Sivakumar told that every individual should take a responsibility to protect and plant trees. He also appreciated 280 NSS volunteers and the NSS Program officers who had participated in this Plant Distribution program. Aditya Degree & P.G.Colleges, Academic Director, Dr.B.E.V.L Naidu stated that irresponsibility and carelessness of mankind towards the environment had caused Global Warming, pollution and other dangerous natural disturbances like Tsunami, Floods and Earthquakes etc. Founder of All is Well organinzaion, Sri.N.Kishore Kumar quoted the disadvantages of using plastics and of the things that release Chloro Floro carbons into the air. He also advised the students to get habituated to distribute plants on their important days. As a part of this program, students distributed 2500 plants by going house to house in Sambhamurthynagar, Ayodhyanagar, Pallamrajunagar, Santhinagar, Kothakakinada and R.R.Nagar at Kakinada.
