Aditya Degree College for women students excel in VSL College competitions

On the occasion of the National Statistics day, V.S.Lakshmi  Degree College conducted several competitions. Aditya Degree College students excel in the competitions. Giving this information, the Principal of Aditya Degree College For Women,Smt.K.Karuna opined that Aditya Degree College for women train people on all aspects which is the reason for the success of Aditya students in all competitions. In Quiz competition  Ms.M.Swetha,Ms.Vimala Devi,Ms.P.Padma got Third prize.

Sri BEVL Naidu said that every year 29^th June will be observed as National Statistics Day in remembrance of Prof (Late) Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis. He also stated that this tradition is being practiced since 2007 and this is 8^th time this day being observed.. He also informed that this day is being celebrated all over India by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation. He appreciated the students and the staff members of the Statistics department for conducting the programme.
