WORLD POPULATION DAY OBSERVED @ ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE FOR WOMEN,KAKINADA

The Principal of Aditya Degree College For Women,Kakinada Smt.K.Karuna said that NSS student volunteers of Kakinada Aditya Degree College For Women organized a rally on World Population day.

On this occasion,The Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges Shri BEVL Naidu opined that population is like an explosion and it’s impacts are increasing day by day.He also said that  the present world is developing with high pace, yet the consumption of resources by the population are making our future a question mark. He also explained about the problems due to population explosion and also said that more awareness should be creasted on Environmental balance.

The Principal of Aditya Degree College For Women,Kakinada Smt.K.Karuna said that Education at the grass root, more equitable distribution of the natural wealth, restrictions on religious fanatics that would damage the country’s economy by unnecessary births, and lastly, weight age to voting not by number but by some other method – these alone can bring about a kind of effective control over the population problem.

On this occasion, The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Sri.N.Krishna Deepak Reddy and The Director of Aditya Educational Institutions Smt.N.Suguna Reddy said that Over-population has been major problem in India. The efforts to remove the curse of population problem have only been partially effective. In consequence the rate of population increase has gone down, but the balance between the optimum population growth and a healthy nation is far to be achieved.They also said that Ignorance, illiteracy, unhygienic living and lack of proper recreation have remained the caused of population problem in India.

This programme was also joined by the NSSprogramme officers of Aditya Degree Colleges For Women, Kum.P.Lakshmi Bhuvana  and NSS Students of Aditya Degree College For Women joined the rally.
